David Singleton
David has worked in the hospitality and retail industry in the USA, EMEA and South Asia as a brand builder, creator, operator, franchisee, franchisor for some of the world’s best known and respected brands. He advises brands how to strategically grow through franchising, project master planning, organisational structure, brand design and development or investment. In the UK he had a long career with Mitchells and Butlers one of the largest operators of restaurants, pubs and bars in the UK before starting his international career in Russia, CIS and then the Middle East. Most recently he was Vice President for Hard Rock leading the franchise business in EMEA and South Asia before joining with Socius Group in Dubai, a strategic business development advisory consultancy
He sits on the Advisory Board of the Global Restaurant Investment Forum and a co-founder of The Middle East Restaurant Association
